You responed to my post about a day trip in Philly, It will be Sat. afternoon around 2 that we will be visiting and we will be staying till whenever. Is there anything to do by penns landing?

Arriving 2 PM your time is going to be tight for some of these . I would check out the liberty bell pavilion. You might be able to get timed tickets for independence hall as well, I would consider that. Then head to the Art museum (timing is not as important there, just daylight so you can see the steps and statue). I%26#39;d take a cab, for a few people cost is minimal, and it will save time.

Cab back to Old City for a steak sandwich for dinner, then maybe catch lights of liberty (http://www.lightsofliberty.org/shexp.html)..

End they day with a nice walk thru old city or penns landing.
