Where to stay near King of Prussia

Coming to the area (Rosemont College) for family weekend 9/29-30. We%26#39;ve stayed near the King of Prussia mall on previous visits. Any suggestions on which hotel to book near the mall???

I just want CLEAN. We%26#39;ll be needing 2 rooms, but 1 will be smoking and 1 not, so that%26#39;s our only request. Any better suggestions other than King of Prussia area - it%26#39;s just that it%26#39;s easy access to the Turnpike for our trip back home.

Where to stay near King of Prussia

Both the Scanticon and Radisson Valley Forge are pretty decent and not overly expensive, I%26#39;ve stayed there for events.

Where to stay near King of Prussia

I stayed at the Scanticon a few years back and had a terrible experience - but perhaps they%26#39;ve gotten their act together in the last 3 years. I%26#39;m guessing Loonbeam%26#39;s experience is more recent than mine.

I have a friend who comes to the KOP area for business and she at the Crowne Plaza in KOP - or she goes over to the Marriott in Conshohocken (which really isn%26#39;t far from Rosemont College at all.) The Marriott is a nice hotel and close to the highway as well. They also have a Residence Inn in Conshohocken that is supposed to be nice as well. Hope that helps!

A second vote for the Marriott in Conshohocken.

A third vote for the Marriott in Conshohocken. It is very nice, closer to Rosemont, and you will have somewhat less traffic to deal with. Both areas (KoP and Conshy) are at major highway interchanges, but if you stay in KoP, you will hit both of them, plus KoP is much worse anyway.

Marriott in Conshohocken is also a good choice, stayed at the Scanticon 2 years ago last and the Radisson last year one night each. Nothing special, service was so, so, but it was clean.

One note, all Marriotts are NON smoking now, as are Radissons. (For that matter I think Hiltons are too now, correct?

I also agree with the Marriott. My second choice would be the Sheraton in KoP.

I just wanted to say that the Marriott is in West Conshohocken, the Residence Inn is across the bridge in Conshohocken. Either would be fine.
