can any one tell me if there is a airport lounge that you can pay a fee to use, i cant find any information at all on the airport website many thanks

US Airways does allow people to use their Club for $40 per person/ per day.

Pay on arrival, that is a Per Person fee BTW and subject to space caps (I.e. if the lounge is full they can refuse to sell day passes.)
Another option if you travel quite a bit is Priority Pass (www.prioritypass.com I think), which for a $99 per year fee allows you to use lounges across the planet for $24 per person per visit.
