I am looking for smart place for a reunion with an older family member. Thought of nice dress-up dining when you can listen to big band/swing/jazz performance at your table. Exotic or seafood cuisine is a plus.
Do you think Meiji-en Pier would work? They don%26#39;t seem to have web site, but most local pages list them having jazz music on Friday and Saturday night. Also they advocate having the best riverfront view in town. No more info to be found.
What confuses me is that restaurant Hibachi (the same address) seems to have Sunday brunch with jazz, but nothing else. Are they the same place? Can anyone straighten up when and what sort of music is played?
Any help much appreciated, we haven%26#39;t seen this person in ages and would like to make her night out memorable.
Experience with Meiji-En Pier?Meiji-En used to be nice. The last time we were there for brunch(a few years ago), it had really gone down hill. I didn%26#39;t think they were still in business.
