What would you suggest for a 20 somethings couple to do for a weekend in Philly, We are from NJ and coming for a wedding. We want to go see the Philles. We would also love to go to Harrahs Chester. Does it have electronic roulette? How far from Philly is it? Thanks!

Harrah%26#39;s Chester is about 30 mins from inside the city. That said, I%26#39;d stick with Atlantic City for the longer drive, the Harrah%26#39;s at the Marina%26#39;s is much nicer.
Are you staying in the city?
Please note, Sept 28th - 30th are the only remaining home Phillies Games at citizen%26#39;s bank. The 30th is Fan Appreciation day and is very limited seating availability.

Are you looking to visit museums, sight see? Would you also like recommendations on places to eat at based on your preferences? There are also some great places to have a drink at. Let us know.
I%26#39;m pretty sure the chester casino does not have electronic roulette, or at least I haven%26#39;t seen it . I enjoy it for the racetrack, especially if it%26#39;s a nice day to sit outside and watch a race every 10 minutes or so. It%26#39;s exit 6 of PA I-95 if you do decide to go, there are signs from the exit ramp that will direct you to the casino.
Ugh, that rhymed, sorry.
If you%26#39;ve been to Philly before and done all the touristy things, I think the Chester casino is a fun place to spend an afternoon. Otherwise use it as a backup in case the weather is bad.
Starting September 21st Eastern State Penitentiary opens their haunted house again. There%26#39;s hardly any crowds, and it%26#39;s buy one get one free for the first two weekends
Did you and your boyfriend graduate college yet, or still have your college IDs? The 29th is College day on the parkway, they close down the street, have bands and such, and all the museums on the parkway are free. I%26#39;m 25 and still use my ID (I just got my grad school ID this week, so now I can pass off my new crisp student ID).
So I guess what you should do depends on what weekend you%26#39;re going. This next month there is a lot going on around the city as they try to win the hearts over the incoming college students in hopes that they%26#39;ll stay after they graduate.
Thank u for all the great ideas. I am not in college anymore but he is. I never got an ID for my Masters. That%26#39;s interesting! Thanks again for all of your help! We love to eat; def wanna get a cheesesteak and maybe Italian food. Going to the Phillies, want to go to the casino if it has roulette(anyone know for sure???) We like to see all the touristy things. Not so much the historical stuff, but the cool trendy things. I remember one time I was there with a street that had a Condom Kingdom? Was that a popular area to visit?
You are thinking of South Street, still there, not as funky in my opinion (lots f chain/corporate stores there now)
Condom Kingdom is still alive on South Street, if you wanted to pop down for a visit.
A really cool museum is the Mutter - provided that your stomach can handle it. http://www.collphyphil.org/mutter.asp

Steven Starr has some of the coolest and hippest restaurants in the city. Check out the website for additional details on all of his eateries. http://www.starr-restaurant.com/
Ressies for these places can be made on OpenTable. Some need to be made much more in advance than others.
I forgot to post the website for South Street....

Stephen Starr restaurants are definitely trendy, but not very cool in my opinion. Overpriced, need reservations and full of suburbanites. For places to eat/drink with a more bohemian vibe, try Northern Liberties.
