Seafood restaurant

Can%26#39;t get to the beach this year and am looking for a good seafood restaurant--one that will make me feel that I am almost there...especially looking for great crabcakes!

Seafood restaurant

Mccormick And Schmick

Seafood restaurant

Monterey Bay on Mt. Washington

Second vote for Monterey Bay Fish Grotto either the one on Mt Washington or in Monroeville. Muriel%26#39;s on the North side supposedly has good crabcakes, too.

Another vote for Monterey Bay Fish Grotto (1411 Grandview Ave). They also have good steaks, if you%26#39;re with someone who isn%26#39;t in to seafood.

We never go wrong with Monterey Bay...it is awesome! Crabcakes are all crab, not filler, and the chicken and steak is great too. Try the ichiban appetizer. It%26#39;s grilled pieces of seafood on skewers with different sauces. It%26#39;s wonderful. I think their number is 412 481-4414. We just went there a month or so ago with relatives who were in from Alabama at their request. They%26#39;d been there the last time they visited and couldn%26#39;t wait to go again. Make sure to make reservations...it%26#39;s a popular place with the locals! Have a great trip. BTW, McCormick %26amp; Schmick%26#39;s is good, too, but I have to say that MB is the best.

Post 1 more vote for Monterey Bay on Mount Washington. They have a gorgeous view of town, plus when you are done, you can ride our Incline down the mountain and back up again for something totally different. The Incline is just down the street from the restaurant.

Somebody said the crabcakes at this little spot called Ma Provence in Sq Hill are amazing, too. Apparently the Ma Provence chef used to work at the very fancy Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia and lifted the recipe for the famous ones they have there. They offer a $10 off coupon on their webpage, so it%26#39;s a pretty good deal for dinner. %26lt;http://www.maprovencepgh.net/%26gt;.
