Breakfast with Santa Packages

I am planning a trip with two other families to Hershey the last weekend of November. We are staying at the Hershey Lodge and signed up for the Breakfast with Santa package. The package includes breakfast with Santa (obviously!), admission to CandyLane, Sweet Lights, Hershey Gardens %26amp; Museum. Here%26#39;s my question: Do I really need to stay two nights Fri-%26amp; Sat to get it all in? Or s it possible to just go Friday night, and spend all day Saturday doing the actvities and then go home? Is it too much for small children to jam in everything?

I would stay the 2 nights to see Candy Lane at night is nice. You might not want to do that on Friday night. It sounds like you have a full day planned on Saturday.

I would stay two nights. One day does not seem like enough to get in all that you want to. You can do Hershey Gardens and Museum when you are leaving, set one day for Candylane, and the night you arrive do Sweet Lights.

Sorry, I completely disagree with previous posters. You do not need 2 nights to do what you have listed above. In fact I don%26#39;t think you have enough to do with one night.

Friday night:

Candylane %26amp; Sweet lights

(Sweet lights is basically a 2 mile long driveway looking at Christmas lights. If you drive at a speed of 10 miles per hour this will take you less than 15 minutes to complete. Depending on how busy and the flow of traffic it may take less than 10. ) Then entire rest of the evening (4 - 10) can be spent at Candylane - PLENTY of time.

Sat AM - breakfast with Santa

Sat after B-fast - Choc. World (resist the urge to see this Friday night. Go Sat AM and you won%26#39;t encounter the long lines and therefore get more time inside the park for Candylane on Friday)

Sat early afternoon - Hershey gardens. I hate to say it but I think your kids will be bored out of their minds within a 1/2 hour. Its mid December - Whats in bloom? Pointsettias, evergreen trees, %26amp; holly bushes. Not too many kids screaming for mom and dad to take them to the holly bush place!
