We%26#39;re flying out of Philly early AM (7:40 to Cancun) and live several hours away from the airport. I%26#39;ve been trying to book either the Sheraton Suites or the 4 Points Sheraton across the street, because they allow you to park while you%26#39;re away. Unfortunately I haven%26#39;t been able to find availability for Feb. 08. When I called they said the rates aren%26#39;t in the computer for next year yet.
Does anyone have an idea of who I could contact to get the rates in? Or any other suggestions? The rates at the airport Marriott are significantly more and other hotels charge for parking.
Worse case, we%26#39;re considering just camping out at the airport, since we need to be at international ticket counter at 4:30 AM and we live 3 hours away. Ugh...

PHL Airport Sheratons Availability for 08Yeah and I called the hotel directly. On the website it just says they have no availabiliy for the requested date. When I called the hotel (both the suites and 4 Points) they said the rates weren%26#39;t in the computer yet. I know this is a little early, but not unreasonably so I wouldn%26#39;t think.
Six months out is not too early by any means. I just went on the web site www.sheraton.com and it gave me rates for random days in Feb 08 for the Sheraton Suites Philadelphia airport.
BTW, the Marriott is more expensive, but has one big advantage. No shuttle needed, you can walk right into the terminal. That%26#39;s about 20-30 extra minutes of sleep!
The Sheraton Suites at least does charge for parking.
What I usually do is park my car at the Ampco off site lot on Island Ave. The shuttle driver is usually more than happy to drop me off at the Marriott (once he was too loaded with people so he dropped me at term B and it was a quick hop up the elevator, on the way home I grab the shuttle and get my car for $10 per day indoor parking.
